Centerplate Gets Cooking With New Chef Gerald Infantino At Baltimore Convention Center

BALTIMORE, July 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Baltimore Convention Center and its exclusive, culinary, partner Centerplate, have announced the appointment of Gerald Infantino to Executive Chef for the Baltimore Convention Center.

Chef Infantino, a veteran of fine-dining restaurants, the 2009 and 2010 Super Bowls and the opening of the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, will focus his culinary talents on creating new innovative, standard and specialized menus to meet and exceed the needs of the Center's discerning conventions and meetings industry clientele. His duties will also include overseeing operations and menu development for all of the Center's retail outlets including Market Fresh Cafe.
