Centerplate Fires up Football Food with International Flair for the Guinness International Champions Cup at Sun Life Stadium

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla., Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, proud event hospitality partner to the Miami Dolphins, is gearing up for another kind of Football match at Miami's Sun Life Stadium, as world soccer powers square off in Guinness International Champions Cup : Everton vs. Valencia C.F. and then Juventus FC vs. F.C. Internazionale Milano. Games on Tuesday August 6 include La Galaxy vs. A.C. Milan and the Championship game between Real Madrid and Chelsea FC.

The company expects to serve over 90,000 soccer fans over the course of two days at Sun Life Stadium during the match. Fans can look forward to menus that include:

• South Florida Barbeque: "Loaded" barbeque baked potato and Citrus-Chipotle Barbeque Chicken Sandwich.
• "Pizza" Dog: a foot-long hot dog baked in pizza dough, with cheese or pepperoni.
• Pork "Pinchos": fresh marinated pork, grilled kebab-style, and served on a stick.
• Handmade Turkey Empanadas: a house-made specialty, each classic Latin-style empanada includes spiced ground turkey in fried pastry pocket.
• Chicken Fajitas: sizzling chicken with peppers and onions, on a warm flour tortilla.
