Centerplate Brings New Flavors and Enhancements to Detroit Tigers Spring Training

- Flint style Coney Island Hot Dogs – Chili Dog from Flint, Michigan
- Alligator Bites – Lightly breaded fried alligator tail served with a spicy "Boom Boom Sauce"
- Cuban – Traditional pressed Cuban with spiced pork, ham and salami with Swiss cheese, pickle chips and yellow mustard
To complement its culinary introductions, the company has also initiated a series of enhancements to its service training and experience assurance initiatives.
