Centerplate Beefs Up Hospitality For 2012 Beef 'O' Brady Bowl

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Centerplate, the leading event hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, announces its exclusive menu of local flavors and Florida favorites for the annual Beef 'O' Brady Bowl St. Petersburg featuring the Ball State Cardinals and the University of Central Florida Knights. Held Friday, December 21^st, the Beef 'O' Brady Bowl will return for a 5^th year to Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, FL, home of the Tampa Bay Rays.

For this special event, Centerplate's team has several game day favorites re-imagined for the game's expected 20,000 fans to enjoy, highlighted by the Bay Grill stand in Right Field Street. This specialty grill will serve Gourmet Foot-long Hot Dogs including a Florida favorite Cuban Dog: a pressed hot dog with relish and mustard.  Continuing the Florida theme, the popular Brewhouse Restaurant is offering premium and craft beers as well as fan favorites including wings, burgers, and nachos.

By far the most unique feature of the Beef 'O' Brady Bowl is its one-of-a-kind on-field hospitality village, The Miller Lite Party Deck. Over 900 fans will enjoy the pre-game festivities in the Deck, the only on-field hospitality village in all of professional or college football. Fans can sit right behind the team bench and hear all of the hard-hitting action. In addition to the choice vantage point for watching the game, a ticket to this area includes Beef 'O' Brady's own highly popular food, wings, burgers, nachos and beverages.

This season, Centerplate will host 11 college bowl games including the BCS National Championship Game at the Orange Bowl in Miami, the Allstate Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, the Discover Orange Bowl in Miami, the Franklin American Mortgage Music City Bowl in Nashville, and the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman in Washington D.C. Throughout the year, Centerplate partners with 10 NFL clubs and 24 collegiate programs including the University of Central Florida Knights.
