Cenpatico Launches Partnership with NFL Hall of Famer, Darrell Green, to Build "Strong Youth, Strong Community"
AUSTIN, Texas, July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cenpatico announced today that it has partnered with NFL Hall of Famer, Darrell Green, on a three-year initiative to educate and mentor youth across the United States. In April 2015, the "Strong Youth, Strong Community" campaign launched a listening tour that will convene with youth ages 12 to 18-year-olds in cities and small towns across the country to provide mentoring, motivational speaking and education services that support successful development.
Green and Cenpatico work collaboratively to develop strategies, interventions and resource materials designed to assist youth and organizations that serve youth in addressing behavioral health, life skills development, academic enrichment, health and wellness, social influences on behavior, as well as other issues confronting the youth population.

Green is best known as a former NFL cornerback. His on-field accomplishments include two Super Bowl victories, seven selections to the Pro Bowl, and four NLF FastMan competitions. Green holds the 1991 title of the World's Fastest Athlete. He is also known for his work off the field. As a proponent of education, service and moral development, he founded the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation (DGYLF) in 1988 and continues to oversee its operations.
Recently, Green and Cenpatico traveled to Cincinatti, Ohio and Kingsville, Texas to kick off the "Strong Youth, Strong Communities" THINK Summits.
This month, they will facilitate youth summits at the National Council of La Raza's Conference in Kansas City, Missouri and the National Urban League's Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Later this year, they are scheduled to travel to Georgia and Louisiana.
