Cellular Biomedicine Group Announces November 07, 2013 as Voting Deadline for Its Annual Shareholder Meeting
PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CBMG) today reminded all its shareholders that the Board of the Company has set November 08, 2013 as the date for the Company's annual meeting of stockholders, to be held at 530 University Ave, Suite 17, Palo Alto, CA 94301, at 9:00am PST, and any and all adjournments or postponements thereof, and authorizes and instructs the mailed proxies to vote in the manner directed in each proxy card for each shareholder of record.
A shareholder, once having received his/her proxy statement, may vote online, by mail or by phone, according to the instructions on the proxy, no later than 11:59pm, November 7, 2013, EST. Please send an email to the board's secretary [email protected] immediately if you have questions about this proxy voting or have not received your proxy in the mail or you have lost your Control Number, which is printed on the proxy voting card.
You will be asked to vote on the following:
- FOR the election of the three nominated Class I directors
- FOR the ratification of BDO USA, LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013
- FOR the approval of the Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan
