CellTrust Acquires Mobile Marketing Company RevMobile
Acquisition Expands CellTrust's Mobile Marketing Platform and Team of Mobile Marketing Experts
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CellTrust Corporation, the recognized worldwide leader in secure mobile messaging and communication (www.celltrust.com), today announced the Company has acquired the mobile marketing company RevMobile.
CellTrust operates a global mobile marketing platform through its SMS Gateway, which provides connections to more than 800 mobile operators across 200+ countries, as well as turnkey short code provisioning, and campaign reporting. Through the acquisition, CellTrust will expand its mobile marketing platform to include RevMobile's many products including the VMarketer white label marketing platform, which enables marketing and advertising agencies to build and run highly-scalable, complete email and text message marketing campaigns.
