MIAMI, Nov. 11, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Celebrity Cruises announced its most ambitious season of sailings ever, with nearly 500 sailings for the 2024-2025 season that send the line's fleet of 16 relaxed luxury ships, including Celebrity AscentSM, the fourth ship in the highly acclaimed Edge SeriesⓇ, to more than 250 destinations in 70 countries. The new offerings include first-ever homeports for some of Celebrity's award-winning Edge Series ships; new year-round offerings in Europe, with new ports; new overnights and double overnights; and new experiences across the rich cultures of every region while basking in the fullness of the Celebrity cruise experience.
Celebrity Cruises Unveils 2024-2025 Deployment Schedule that spans all 7 continents and more than 300 destinations around the globe
For the first time, Celebrity Cruises will offer an entire summer of sailings from Tokyo, Japan on the newly revolutionized Celebrity Millennium. The 12-night itineraries will immerse guests in the physical and cultural beauty of Japan with stops in top destinations like Mt. Fuji, Kobe, Jeju Island, and a guaranteed overnight stay in Kyoto (Osaka) with every sailing. Providing an opportunity to further connect with local culture, travelers can opt for the 13-night sailing during Golden Week.
Running from May to September 2024, this Alaska season is slated to be the most exciting yet, as for the first time an Edge Series ship will make its way to the region’s rugged coastline. Homeporting in Seattle, Celebrity Edge will take guests on 7-night itineraries to the pristine Endicott Arm Fjord and Dawes Glacier, with stops in Victoria, British Columbia, and Ketchikan.
Kicking off Summer 2024, Celebrity Cruises will transport its award-winning European itineraries to new heights with 153 different sailings visiting nearly 100 destinations. This season offers travelers the choice of 40 different itineraries, featuring 11 overnights in the hotspots like Lisbon, Portugal, Istanbul, Turkey, and Reykjavik, Iceland; along with five new ports of call, including: Bordeaux, France; Brindisi and Triste, Italy; and Volos and Kavala, Greece.
The 2024-2025 Caribbean season is slated to be Celebrity’s most robust yet, with eight ships sailing the region from four departure ports: three in Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa) and one in San Juan, Puerto Rico offering the opportunity to go further into the region. This will be the first Caribbean season to feature all four of the brand’s latest Edge Series ships, including Celebrity Ascent launching December 2023.
From October 2024 to April 2025, Celebrity Edge will return Down Under for her second season with a wide selection of 3- to 14-night itineraries. The season will begin with a Tahitian Treasures itinerary from Honolulu to Sydney, then continue with most itineraries sailing out of either Sydney, Australia or Auckland, New Zealand.
From September 2024 to April 2025, this will be the brand’s most exciting and robust Asia season yet, with itineraries that span 32 destinations in the region, including seven new ports of call: Hanoi, Vietnam; Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand; Penang, Malaysia; Bali, Indonesia; Mumbai, India and more.
Summer 2024 will be the very first time that Celebrity Apex will sail from London (Southampton) for a full season. The ship will transport travelers to exciting itineraries throughout Northern Europe and feature visits to Scotland, Scandinavia, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland and a brand-new 12-night Norwegian Fjord and Arctic Circle route.
Celebrity Cruises's 2024-2025 deployment season introduces new ports of call in the Asia Pacific islands, including Samoa, American Samoa, Fiji and Tonga, easily accessible through cruises from Australia and New Zealand.

A European season like no other
With seven ships, including three Edge Series ships – Celebrity Ascent, Celebrity, BeyondSM, and Celebrity Apex - Celebrity Cruises expands on its legacy of award-winning European itineraries with 153 different sailings visiting nearly 100 destinations.
For the first time ever, an Edge Series ship will homeport outside of London, withCelebrity Apex hosting more Norwegian Fjord sailings than ever before, including a new, 12-night Norwegian Fjord and Arctic Circle itinerary.
Celebrity Ascentwill embark on its inaugural European season with itineraries visiting culturally rich cities throughout Spain, Italy, France and Greece; while Celebrity Beyond will embark on 10- and 11-night itineraries to Greece, Istanbul, Naples, and more.
Additional itinerary options include sailings throughout Scandinavia, along with special sailings to Egypt and Israel.
