AIRMALL® USA, the leading airport concessions developer in North America and operator of the AIRMALL at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), has marked the beginning of a new era in high-quality airport dining with the opening of Bar Symon, the first airport restaurant to feature the inventive cuisine of celebrity chef Michael Symon.  On August 20, Chef Symon will join officials from Allegheny County, the Allegheny County Airport Authority, AIRMALL, and The Paradies Shops for a ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony at the restaurant.  During the event, travelers and attendees will also enjoy samples of the restaurant's inventive cuisine.  In addition, a select number of people that are the first to visit the restaurant during the grand opening will receive a complimentary autographed cookbook from Chef Symon.
