Celebrating Safe Kids Day 2017 Across The U.S.

LOS ANGELES, April 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- This spring, families everywhere are celebrating Safe Kids Day at more than 200 events across the country. Safe Kids Worldwide announced today that these events will bring together families, celebrities and donors to raise awareness and funds to prevent childhood injuries. The Signature Event will take place at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, Calif., on April 23.

With a goal of raising over $1 million dollars, proceeds from Safe Kids Day support the local, state and national programs of Safe Kids Worldwide, a nonprofit organization working to protect kids from the number one killer of children in the U.S.: preventable injuries from drownings, fires, poisonings and car crashes and more.
