(NasdaqGM: CECE), a leading provider of air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 30, 2011, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2011.
