CEB Provides Historical SHL Financial Statements and Pro Forma Financial Information; Sets Date for 2012 Third Quarter Conference Call & Webcast

ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Corporate Executive Board Company ("CEB") (NYSE: CEB) today announced that it has filed a current report on Form 8-K/A which contains the following information:

• SHL Group Holdings I Limited unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2012 and for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011.
   
• SHL Group Holdings I Limited consolidated financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2011 and 2010 and for each of the three years in the period ended Dec. 31, 2011.
   
• The Corporate Executive Board Company unaudited pro forma condensed combined financial information as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and the year ended Dec. 31, 2011.

CEB also announced that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its conference call to discuss its news release regarding its financial results for the third quarter 2012, which will be issued after the market closes on Monday, Oct. 29, 2012.
