PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CDI Corporation (NYSE: CDI) today announced that its Canadian subsidiary, CDI Professional Services, Ltd., has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar Master Services Agreement from TransCanada Corporation.
Under this agreement, CDI will serve as a significant vendor for TransCanada, a leading energy infrastructure company in North America. CDI will be responsible for providing staffing services including construction management and inspection, engineering, project management and technical skill sets for pipeline, power and facilities infrastructure projects throughout North America.
