CDI's Rob Kleier will present the topic 'How to Create a Customer Quality Environment'.  He will discuss how customer satisfaction goals and standards are driven from the Service Desk through various areas of the organization where customer satisfaction principles are typically lack luster.  The presentation will focus on 4 learning objectives:

1. Developing guiding principles for a quality customer experience that works

2. Identifying key areas where gaps in customer satisfaction increase Service Desk costs

3. Improving Service Desk to a lead position in driving customer satisfaction standards

4. Presenting a framework that will help the audience implement a Customer Quality Environment

By relating CDI's strategic thinking to real world experiences and best practices, the presentation will provide the audience with a variety of ideas on how to transform a Service Desk in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
