CD by Mom - Son Music Team Raises Funds for ALS Research
EAST LANSING, Mich., Aug. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Janet and Lee Abramson of East Lansing, Michigan have released a new CD album titled "In My Life." The album features a warm, mellow blend of nine great songs including jazz classics such as "Autumn Leaves," pop favorites such as "Send in the Clowns," the Beatles song that gives the album its title, and several Motown hits (Janet is a native Detroiter). Janet provided the vocals, while Lee produced the CD's background accompaniments using state-of-the-art music software.

The album offers listeners plenty of easy listening enjoyment. But it has a more important purpose. Lee, age 42, a professional musician, is living with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). He can now use only one finger to compose music, yet he has created six CDs of his own music.
All proceeds from the Abramsons' CD album will go to the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS-TDI). ALS-TDI is a world-class research facility in Cambridge, Massachusetts that is dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for ALS.
The Abramsons' CD album "In My Life" is sold worldwide for $8.91 at:
Amazon mp3 - http://is.gd/O62Fzo
