WESTBOROUGH, Mass., Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CCR Wealth Management ("CCR"), an independently managed investment management and financial planning firm supporting over $1.2 billion in client assets under advisement, today announced the launch of its new national headquarters office facility in Westborough, Massachusetts. The move to this expanded office is part of CCR's broader business expansion strategy, which will require additional work space to accommodate its ongoing growth, as well as a wave of anticipated new hires of both advisors and client service professionals.

The firm's new office is located at 1800 Park Suite Drive, Suite 150 in Westborough and is 9,810 square feet held under a long-term lease. The transaction was executed through realtor John Lashar at Transwestern RBJ. Previously, CCR was located at 1400 Computer Drive Suite 245, also in Westborough.

Over the last two years, CCR has added seven executives to its team in Westborough. In all, the firm currently employs 18 advisors and client service professionals across its offices in Westborough and Glastonbury, CT, and intends to hire many more professionals and support staff in the coming two to five years, to be based in its new Westborough headquarters.
