CCO Expands Proven Industrial Platform to Address Urgent Defense Production Needs

CCO's Industrial Time on Target brings years of automotive production recovery experience to the defense industrial base

TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. defense industrial base needs reliable production, resilient suppliers and skilled people to deliver equipment and supplies when service members need them. A single constraint in equipment, materials, staffing or quality can hold back the entire production system.

A July 2026 inspector general evaluation illustrates the challenge: as of March 2026, the Army was producing 36,000 completed 155mm rounds per month against a 100,000-round monthly goal originally set for October 2025. The report identified projectile metal parts as the limiting factor.
