SOUTH HILL, Va, July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Citizens Community Bank (OTC: CZYB) welcomes the addition of John Davis as a senior vice president and market executive. With a relationship-driven style, he primarily will service the bank's Virginia market with business banking and commercial lending services.

Davis earned his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College. His background includes experience in mortgage lending before transitioning to the banking sector. He previously served as vice president at Virginia Commonwealth Bank and most recently as City Executive for BB&T in South Hill, where he was responsible for Mecklenburg and the surrounding counties.

A Mecklenburg County native, Davis enjoys all the outdoors has to offer from golf to hunting and fishing. He and his wife Jasmine reside in Baskerville with their three young children Alex, Maci and Ben.
