CBS Outdoor's Chris Combs Recipient of 2011 Luminaire Award presented by The Foundation for IDEAlliance
NEW YORK, May 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Chris Combs, director of design development at CBS Outdoor, was one of five (5) winners of the prestigious 2011 Luminaire Awards, which honors individuals in the area of media production for outstanding achievement and innovation. The awards were presented during a gala at the Pierre Hotel in New York City on April 27.
Mr. Combs is a creative and production expert and works with digital technologies that create spectacles out of traditional Out-of-Home media spaces. His work appears in major cities including New York and Los Angeles, and he is credited with creating iconic displays, such as the "CUBE" on the corner of 42nd Street and Times Square.
