Organization Continues to Assist Victims in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois
ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 2, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) stands ready to assist its local agencies in Southern and Midwestern states as devastating tornadoes sweep the country for the third day this week.

The organization continues to work with its local agencies in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois to aid victims of Tuesday and Wednesday storms.
"As always, we are preparing for the worst but hoping for the best," says Kim Burgo, Vice President of Disaster Operations for CCUSA. "This is just the beginning of what could prove to be a devastating spring season; we will continue to prepare our agencies for disasters and provide them with short and long-term recovery support."
