In addition to the election of the Company's nine directors, the Company's shareholders approved the Amended and Restated Bonus Plan, approved the material terms of the performance measures under the Catamaran Corporation Third Amended and Restated Long-Term Incentive Plan,  ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2014, and approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers.
