Industry luminaries Betsy Holden and Karen Katen to help guide the firm to its next level of growth

Ms. Holden and Ms. Katen will round out the firm's board which includes a diverse array of seasoned business leaders representing leading healthcare, IT, private equity, and consumer product companies.

Prior to her current position, she was co-CEO of Kraft Foods and CEO of Kraft Foods North America, where she built a strong record of success in brand building, organic growth and cost management for North America's largest food company at the time.
Ms. Katen is a Senior Advisor to Essex Woodlands, a healthcare investment firm, where she focuses on building best-of-breed companies. Prior to this, Ms. Katen served as Vice Chairman of Pfizer, responsible for providing a broad array of innovative human-health services. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including guiding Pfizer's industry-leading portfolio, Ms. Katen was recognized among Fortune magazine's "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" for eight consecutive years.
