Sprecher, a digital marketing entrepreneur and thought leader, heads Catalina's global product organization, responsible for product innovation and strategy, and management of the product portfolio.

Sprecher comes to Catalina from Google, where he worked on product and go-to-market strategy, and developed key digital promotion and mobile payments partnerships as a leader on the Commerce team. Previously, he co-founded and built Incentive Targeting, a targeted marketing and shopper insights software company acquired by Google in 2012. Prior to that, he was a founding employee and led Product Management for HealthEdge Software. Sprecher has also held a variety of product- and client-management roles in the healthcare technology and financial services industries.
