HONOLULU, Aug. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Castle Resorts & Hotels today announced it has begun management of two additional properties on Kauai, the Kauai Kailani and Mokihana, along with legendary oceanfront restaurant, the Bull Shed, effective August 10, 2012.   Castle Resorts & Hotels now manages 21 hotels, condominium resorts and villas on five Hawaiian Islands, Saipan and New Zealand.
