Alfrey will assume the day-to-day leadership of all aspects of Castle Access' operations, reporting directly to its board of directors. Mark Hopperton, one of the original founders of Castle Access, will transition from CEO to chairman of Castle Access' board, focusing on the company's long-term strategy and business development.
"As our company has made the transition to being affiliated with a larger multinational group, we have been looking for a leader who could handle all aspects of our rapidly expanding operations and customer commitments. Given Joe's deep knowledge of both organizations and strong background in IT solutions, he is in the perfect position to drive the integration of the two companies, enhancing our ability to provide high-value solutions to our customers," noted Mark Hopperton.
"Xertix's commitment to Joe arises from confidence gained during our interaction with Castle Access as this association was developed and consummated. Given his deep understanding of what Xertix represents on a regional basis, we are confident that he will focus our entire organization's skills and resources to provide the best service to our clients in the region," said Murray Case, CEO & director general of Xertix.
