Cassidy Turley Awarded Management and Leasing for 2.5 Million SF Class A Dallas and Houston Office Building Portfolio

DALLAS, Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., was selected by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, acting on behalf of institutional investors it advises, to lease and manage two premier properties in Texas: Fountain Place in Dallas and Post Oak Central in Houston. Fountain Place is a 1.2 million square foot, iconic 60-story, trophy office tower prominently located in Dallas's Central Business District, intersecting with the West End, Uptown and Arts Districts. Post Oak Central—three, 24-story office buildings totaling 1.3 million square feet (SF)—is located in the heart of Houston's Galleria submarket and is one of Houston's most successful class A office developments. Cassidy Turley will take over responsibilities for both properties in February 2012.
