Roe will lead CCT Services Organization with a focus on all client services, major accounts, and Customer Support group. Mr. Roe attended Oklahoma State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is also a CPA and spent his early years in public accounting with Deloitte before joining SolArc, an Enterprise Software firm for Commodity Trading. Most recently at OpenLink he served as VP, Customer Operations and Support, Director of Product Management working closely with Fortune 500 companies like BP, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, FedEx, Southwest Airlines, UPS to develop and administer training, review efficiencies, and develop support strategies to ensure great support and services for his customers.
