CaseCruzer PSC300 Laptop & Camera Case Solves Problem of Too Many Carry-On Bags
Mobile all-in-one carrying case allows photographers to consolidate laptop and camera gear
MONTCLAIR, Calif., Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Too many carry-on bags is a common headache for photographers who must travel with sensitive cameras, lenses and Apple Mac Books or Windows-based laptops. Now pros can stop sweating strict airline regulations when they consolidate with the mobile, ATA-approved CaseCruzer PSC300.
The compact all-in-one PSC300 is a giant improvement over soft camera bags that simply do not take into account careless baggage handlers, the perils of travel, and other unfavorable situations. The CaseCruzer carrying case is lined with polyethylene foam that helps maintain and regulate interior temperatures where Canon DSLR/SLR cameras, laptops, memory cards and other essentials are stored. The foam base is also impervious to solvents and chemicals and resistant to UV and fungus (MIL-STD-810F). This unique case accommodates most laptop computer brands up to 17".
PSC300 absorbs the shocks and hard knocks that come with travel. The exterior of the PSC300 is injection-molded with ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin. Molded-in hinges provide additional protection for the inevitable tumble or jolt. The waterproof case is also dust tight (MIL-C-4150J), submersible and resistant to corrosion and severe impact. It is designed with an ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD-648C), and has an IP67 certification. Exterior dimensions are 21.75"L x 13.75"W x 8.99"H. It weighs only 13 lbs with foam.
Moving through airline terminals and various locales is a breeze with the PSC300. The built-in wheels and extendable pull handle give photographers speedy mobility in all terrains. The front snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle makes the carrying case easy to lift. And two padlock holes give the case a lock-down function that secures equipment against theft.
But consolidation would not be possible without the remarkable 6-compartment capability of the PSC300. Foam dividers snugly hold a Canon or Nikon camera body and up to four lenses in separate compartments. Three foam cavities allow for flexible camera battery storage methods. Another compartment holds up to six compact flash memory cards.
The carrying case fits the following Canon models: 5D Mark II – 5D, EOS 7D, EOS 50D – 40D, 30D – 20 D, Rebel T2i – T1i – XS. The case also fits these Nikon models: D60 – D70 – D80 – D90, D700 – D300S, D3000 – D5000.
An accessory compartment stores additional lenses, lens caps, battery chargers, battery cables for laptop, and other accessories. This area includes a center foam divider to hold items firmly.
Finally, the laptop compartment – a removable sleeve – is contained in the lid of PSC300 and closes with Velcro fasteners. The surface of the lid compartment door is covered with polyethylene foam to prevent contact with camera and lenses. The lid also houses a large area for accessories.
Trailblazers who travel with digital cameras and laptops recognize the need for protection and convenience. CaseCruzer takes the wear and tear out of every adventure.
