CA's Robert Sterbens Named President-Elect of itSMF USA Board of Directors
Service Management Leader Extends Commitment to Leading Non-Profit Service Management Association
ISLANDIA, N.Y., April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CA (Nasdaq: CA) today announced that Robert Sterbens, senior director, product marketing for Service Management, has been elected to the position of President-Elect by the board of directors of itSMF USA, the leading not-for-profit professional association and authority on service management.
In this role, he holds a seat on the Executive Committee and chairs the Governance Portfolio, responsible for maintaining and enforcing the bylaws, policies and the organization's exemplary Code of Ethics. Sterbens has been active in the itSMF USA since 2006 as an Advisory Board member and joined the Board of Directors in May 2009.
