This new store is a milestone for Handelshof, as it will be the first store in its chain to install a sustainable and energy efficient CO2OLtec refrigeration system along with a fully integrated high efficiency heat recovery system. Handelshof operates 14 Cash & Carry (C&C) stores across Germany. The new store, to be opened in Hamm in September 2010, will include a Carrier CO2OLtec refrigeration system using CO2, a natural refrigerant.
