Carolyn Polikoff Named Corporate & Executive Protection Practice Leader at Woodruff-Sawyer

SAN FRANCISCO, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. announced today that Carolyn Polikoff has been named the new Corporate & Executive Protection (CorpEx) Practice Leader. In this role Carolyn will be responsible for providing vision and strategic focus for the entire CorpEx Practice. This includes directors & officers liability, employment practices, mergers & acquisitions and fiduciary liability insurance.

Carolyn has over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Carolyn spent 11 years as a financial institutions underwriter for directors & officers as well as errors & omissions liability insurance. Carolyn joined Woodruff-Sawyer in 2006 as an Account Executive and was promoted to CorpEx Practice Manager in 2007. As CorpEx Practice Leader, she will serve as a senior resource and advisor to both clients and Woodruff-Sawyer brokers and consultants on matters relating to the full suite of CorpEx insurance policies. Her responsibilities also include managing the CorpEx team of management liability specialists.
