This will expand TD Bank's network in Florida and launch the bank in the Carolinas.

Official Sign Unveiling Celebration
Over the course of just a few days, June 15-17, TD Bank will replace approximately 785 signs across Florida and 1,350 signs in the Carolinas at 162 locations, and introduce several new customer conveniences and products. TD Bank is also replacing or refurbishing all 195 ATMs in these markets. TD Bank will host official sign unveil events on June 16 at 4:00 p.m., at its Greenville, S.C., Asheville, N.C., and Tampa Bay, Fla., regional offices.
TD Bank will also mark the brand change with $2,500 donations to each of the following organizations:
- The Meyer Center in Greenville, S.C.
- Buncombe County Habitat for Humanity in Asheville, N.C.
- Pattison's Academy in Charleston, S.C.
- Special Olympics in Jacksonville, Fla.
- Junior Achievement of West Central Florida in Tampa Bay, Fla.
At the end of June and through July, the rebranded stores will host "Days of Convenience" and "Surprise and Delight" events to WOW! customers and mark the name change with fanfare.
TD Insurance Rebrands
As part of the rebranding, TD Insurance, Inc., a subsidiary of TD Bank, N.A., will also enter the region and rebrand the following agencies as TD Insurance: Bowditch Insurance Corporation of Jacksonville, Fla., Lossing Insurance, of Ocala, Fla., and Carolina First Insurance Services, of Lexington, S.C. Employees from the three agencies will join the TD Insurance family, and existing policy holders will not see a change from the legendary service they've come to expect.

Although the name is changing, the service and many of the faces that have contributed to the success of Carolina First and Mercantile Bank will remain the same. Customers will continue to benefit from the bank's commitment to local decision making and community involvement, as well as the same great service from many of the same friendly employees.
New Products and Services
Over the past few months, customers were mailed an Accounts & Services Guide that detailed changes for each account customers have with Carolina First or Mercantile Bank. During the conversion weekend of June 17-19, accounts will be changed to TD Bank accounts that offer the right mix of features, benefits and fee structures, as outlined in their Accounts & Services Guide.
TD Bank will open with its new extended hours during conversion weekend. Customers will also begin to see the new TD Bank name and brand on account statements, receipts, and other forms of communication, and were also mailed new TD Bank Debit Visa®/ATM cards.
