COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) announced today that it will move its law offices to a state-of-the art office space located at 950 Goodale Blvd. in the Grandview Yard in the Spring of 2020. The full-service law firm will be the anchor tenant, occupying the entire second level of the prominent 34,000 square foot office building currently being developed by Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd. "We are excited for this next chapter of the firm's history and look forward to offering expanded services to our clients while providing internal efficiencies for our employees," said Carol A. Sheehan, Co-Managing Partner for CPM.
The new building on Goodale Blvd. will feature a glass atrium entrance, near floor-to-ceiling windows, and rowlock brick detail along the parapet, with lush landscaping and a limestone retaining wall wrapping adjacent parking for employees, clients and visitors.
The highly regarded law firm is working with internationally recognized design and architectural firm, Design Collective, to create a modern interior office environment that supports collaboration while embracing the culture of the firm and its people. The contemporary and functional interior will include six conference rooms with high-tech audio/video features, a client café at reception, and a centralized employee kitchen & lounge area for the organization's employees. "It's been a great collaborative process working with the Carlile Patchen & Murphy team to design an environment that is welcoming and professional and incorporates current directions in law firm design- sound privacy for attorney areas, access to daylight by all staff, and a more progressive aesthetic," said Debra Weaver, Senior Designer and Shareholder, Design Collective.
Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, who currently has offices in Downtown Columbus at 366 East Broad St. and in Dublin at 535 Metro Place South, will transition the majority of its employees to the 950 Goodale Blvd. location in May of 2020 while maintaining a presence in the Dublin area.
