KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Caris Healthcare, an $81 million hospice provider with facilities in Tennessee, Virginia and South Carolina, welcomes this week Gail Gazelle, M.D., FACP, FAAHPM, as Chief Medical Officer to its executive staff in Knoxville. Dr. Gazelle served as a hospice medical director for more than 15 years and will continue working as Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
