Carillon Tower Advisers Grows Strategic Accounts and Institutional Sales Teams
Multi-Boutique Asset Manager Adds Three Senior Vice Presidents and a Vice President
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., July 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Carillon Tower Advisers, a global multi-boutique asset-management firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of four experienced sales professionals adding to its Strategic Accounts and Institutional Sales teams. With its affiliates, Carillon Tower has more than $67 billion in assets under management and advisement.
The Strategic Accounts team has hired James "Jim" Haggerty, CFA, and Michael Mayhew, CFA, as Senior Vice Presidents, while Justyna Z. Barczynska, CMFC, has joined as Vice President. In the newly created roles, Mr. Haggerty, Mr. Mayhew, and Ms. Barczynska report to Lance E. Peterson, Head of Strategic Accounts, and are responsible for placing the firm's investment solutions with Carillon Tower's partner platforms. The three new team members bring the Strategic Accounts team to a total of ten professionals.
In addition to the growth of the Strategic Accounts team, the Institutional Sales team has expanded, welcoming Kieran Stover to their team. Mr. Stover will serve as Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales & Consultant Relations, reporting to Don Pepin, Head of Institutional Sales. In his new role, Mr. Stover will be responsible for business development across the plan-sponsor spectrum including Public Funds, Corporate Pension Funds, Foundations and Endowments while working collaboratively with West Coast teammates.

Mr. Haggerty has 25 years of experience in financial services and was previously a regional director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he was responsible for outsourced investment management (OCIO) sales and client service. Before Dimensional, Mr. Haggerty was a senior vice president at Northern Trust Asset Management, where he served as the OCIO team relationship manager. Prior to that, Mr. Haggerty was a managing director at Jennison Associates and a vice president at Ariel Investments.
Mr. Mayhew has over 20 years in the industry and throughout his career has worked on national accounts teams. Before joining Carillon Tower, Mr. Mayhew was a senior national accounts manager at AMG Funds based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to AMG, he was a partner in national accounts at Aston Funds. Previously, he was a consultant at APL Consulting Services and an analyst at Centurion Counsel in Escondido, California.
Ms. Barczynska has 14 years of financial services experience. Prior to Carillon Tower, Ms. Barczynska held several positions at Lord Abbett & Co. based in New Jersey. Most recently, she served as director of client relationship service, collaborating with investment management teams and members of business units to support relationships at the firm's distribution partners. Previously, she was an account manager, internal wholesaler and advisor intelligence system administrator.
Mr. Stover has almost 20 years of professional business development experience and success in selling products across many asset classes. Prior to joining Carillon Tower, Mr. Stover was a Director of Institutional Sales/Consultant Relations at Barrings, LLC based in Portland, Oregon, and was responsible for the Western U.S. region. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Kleinwort Benson Investors, also in Portland. Previously, Mr. Stover held Vice President of Sales roles at Forward Management, Inc. in San Francisco and Zephyr Associates, Inc. in Nevada.
