Caribou Coffee Names Leigh Anne Snider Senior Vice President of Retail Operations
Proven industry-leading operator to oversee extraordinary guest experiences at Caribou
MINNEAPOLIS, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CBOU), the second largest company operated premium coffeehouse retailer in the United States announced that Leigh Anne Snider is joining the company as its senior vice president of retail operations. Effective July 9, 2012, Snider will work closely with company CEO Mike Tattersfield to drive Caribou's overall domestic day-to-day operating activities, including building consistent procedures to deliver outstanding guest experiences, driving revenue and effectively managing financials.

Snider joins Caribou from YUM! Brands, where she was the first woman promoted to chief operating officer-level within the YUM! system. There, she was charged with growing the concept, brand and operational priorities of the most recently acquired brands in the YUM! Portfolio – Long John Silver's and A&W Restaurants. After joining the company in 1995, Snider held numerous operational roles, including vice president of Global Restaurant Excellence charged with managing all domestic operations across YUM!'s family of brands.
