Cargill Completes Acquisition of Raggio di Sole Mangimi S.p.A
MINNEAPOLIS, July 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cargill has today completed its acquisition of the Italian animal nutrition company, Raggio di Sole Mangimi S.p.A, having received antitrust approval from the Italian Authority.

Cargill has been active in Italy since 1962 and this acquisition represents a natural extension of its animal nutrition business in the country.
