Acquisition bolsters Cargill's ability to serve Brazilian retailers and consumers
SAO PAULO, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Cargill has signed an agreement to acquire Unilever's tomato products business in Brazil for approximately R$ 600 million.
