Today, the company is excited to announce that it has added a chief information officer and chief information security officer to its senior executive team, a new expanded role for CareerBuilder that focuses on both security and innovation. Joining CareerBuilder is Anthony Dupree, a top innovator in cybersecurity with a career spanning more than two decades. Known for taking a holistic approach and creating a security culture within organizations, Dupree has been the driving force behind global enterprise IT security, network infrastructure and risk and compliance strategies for Fortune 500 organizations.
As CIO and CISO for CareerBuilder, Dupree oversees infrastructure, development opportunities, cloud and security to ensure that CareerBuilder clients and users are protected in a safe ecosystem. He is responsible for directing CareerBuilder's global IT and information security vision, policies and programs to execute a state-of-the-art defense.

Dupree received his Bachelor of Art in Communications from New York Institute of Technology and a Masters of Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. He holds certifications from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council).
Dupree is also a decorated Army Reserve Officer who served for 28 years before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He received numerous awards, including the Bronze Star for Operation Iraqi Freedom – the second highest award for any soldier to receive.
