Snow to its board of directors. Mr. Kelly formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Lincare Holdings, Inc. and Mr. Snow formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Medco Health Solutions.

Mr. Kelly served as President and CEO of Lincare Holdings Inc. from 1986 to 1996 and from 1994 to 2000 served as Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Lincare, Mr. Kelly was with Union Carbide for 19 years where he served in various management positions. Mr. Snow previously served in leadership roles at Oxford Health Plans, American International Healthcare, Inc., and US HealthCare, Inc. He also cofounded and served as President and CEO of Managed Healthcare Systems, Inc., which was later renamed AmeriChoice.
