OKLAHOMA CITY, Aug. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Coalition of Advocates for Responsible Eldercare (CARE Oklahoma) has announced their newest CARE Partnership with COMS Interactive, LLC (also known as Clinical Outcomes Management Systems or COMS). The two organizations announced the signing of a Gold Level Partnership agreement which establishes COMS as a CARE Preferred Partner. Only a limited number of Preferred Partnerships are offered by CARE. The focus of the partnership will be offering clinical management products to Oklahoma members to facilitate an even higher quality of care for their residents. Oklahoma facilities, and their 20,000 employees provide care for approximately 20,000 elderly and disabled individuals in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities throughout the State.

The COMS flagship Disease Management software, Daylight IQ™, has been successfully deployed in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities and Home Care organizations throughout the US. The Software as a Service (SaaS) product features a series of integrated, disease-based clinical protocols which significantly empower the entire nursing team at the point of care, while facilitating enhanced communication between all parties.
