Cardon Outreach Announces the Appointment of Chief Human Resources Officer
THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cardon Outreach, a leading, national provider of revenue cycle management services, announced today that Joellyn Champagne has been named Chief Human Resources Officer for the company.
As Chief HR Officer, Champagne reports to Chief Executive Officer, Glen Laschober, and leads all facets of human resources for Cardon Outreach, an employer of more than 1,100 providing service in 44 states.

Most recently, Champagne served as Chief HR Officer for Oceans Healthcare, a nationally recognized behavioral health provider. In that role, she led all aspects of human resources including human capital strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation administration, leadership development, organization design, payroll and benefits administration, and training. Prior to Oceans Healthcare, Champagne served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Emerus Hospital Partners and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Belmont Senior Living. She also held senior leadership positions at GSE Environmental and General Electric.
