CardioGenics Granted Patent for 'Core Technology' of its QL Care™ Analyzer
Patent Applications Approved in Canada, the European Union & Japan
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CardioGenics Holdings Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGNH) announced today that it has been notified by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office that its patent application for the "core technology" utilized in its ultra-sensitive point-of-care immuno-analyzer, the QL Care™ Analyzer, has been granted. Patents covering the "core technology" have now been issued in Canada, the European Union and Japan. A patent application for the "core technology" is currently pending in the U.S. before the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
