Hand as CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth. Formerly president and CEO of DecisionView, Hand joins Cardinal Analytx at a pivotal time of significant company momentum, with two new advisors also coming aboard.

Shah, who also co-directs Stanford's Center for Biomedical Informatics Research, created Cardinal Analytx with his co-founder Dr. Arnie Milstein, a nationally recognized managed care expert who directs the Clinical Excellence Research Center and teaches at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
Hand joins Cardinal Analytx with 35 years of experience in organizational leadership, product development, solutions delivery and go-to-market strategies across a diverse portfolio of industries, and has provided management consulting services to several emerging enterprises and venture capital firms. She brings deep experience in both healthcare and technology to her new role. Previously, she led the Clinical Trial Optimization Solutions division at IQVIA. Prior to that, she spent more than seven years with DecisionView, the leading provider of clinical trial enrollment optimization solutions, acquired by IMS Health in 2012. Hand also ran product development and delivery at leading software companies, including DigitalThink, Hyperion, Arbor Software and Sybase.

Supporting New CEO, Cardinal Analytx Adds Advisors
Cardinal Analytx also announced two new advisors, Virginia McFerran and Colt Courtright.
McFerran and Courtright bring a vast array of experience in the healthcare industry and the use of information technologies and data analytics to improve and expand Cardinal Analytx's suite of offerings. McFerran is a former partner at Optum Ventures and president and CEO of Optum Analytics. She has over 20 years' experience in digital health technologies and has also served as CIO at UCLA Health and Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Courtright is director of Corporate Data and Analytics at Premera Blue Cross, responsible for strategies affecting 2.1 million members, a physician network of 38,000 and self-insured employers including Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia and other major corporations. He has significant experience developing new product innovation, supporting strategic partnerships, and overseeing advanced analytics and data management solutions, as well as new product deployments.
Cardinal Analytx unveiled its Board of Directors and Advisory Board in January. Since then, the company's senior leadership team, including Afsana Akhter, Brian Maples and Miguel Pating, have grown the team to 22 members in Silicon Valley.
