CARBON FRIENDLY APPOINTS BEN ZION LIVNEH AS NEW DIRECTOR

VANCOUVER, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (CNSX: CFQ) ("CFS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Zion Livneh to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Livneh is a founding member and director of the recently acquired clean coal technology company MicroCoal Inc. and has more than 28 years of experience in the coal and coal processing industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. His career includes:

    - Founding member, COO and Director of MCI; 2005 - to date.
    - Consultant to various PRB mines operations and optimization; 2001-2003.
    - Founder, President and CEO of BeST Pty. Ltd, Johannesburg, South
      Africa, a company specialized in the application of supply chain
      management systems for the mining and mineral processing, and
      telecommunications industry; 1998-2001.
    - Founder and Managing Director, Knowledge Based Engineering Pty. Ltd.,
      Johannesburg, South Africa; 1991-1998.
    - Senior Engineer, Sasol Synthetic Fuels, Secunda, South Africa, the
      largest coal-to-liquid plant in the world; 1980-1988.

Mr. Livneh has published numerous papers in the SA technical press, and local and international conferences.
