ATLANTA, July 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Caraustar Industries, Inc. announces that on June 9, 2014, it acquired a recycling facility in Nashville, TN from SP Recycling Southeast, LLC.  The acquisition of this recycling facility fits into the company strategy of expanding the geographical footprint to serve customer sustainability goals.  Caraustar plans to operate the facility and integrate the business into its existing recycling business.
