CapTech Opens New Reston Office and Expands Client Base

RESTON, Va., Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CapTech is pleased to announce that it is expanding its Northern Virginia office due to the company's growth, and increasing business in the financial services industry.  The company relocated its Washington, DC regional office to the Reston Town Center.
