LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of William Epstein to Co-Head of the Valuation Services group. Mr. Epstein will co-lead this group with Bruce Bingham. Mr. Epstein brings almost 25 years of valuation and transaction opinion experience, such as solvency and fairness opinions, to his new position which will enable him to maintain and grow the valuation practice on the West Coast. Mr. Epstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California and a MBA degree from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
