Capstone Advisory Group, LLC Announces Executive Directors

SADDLE BROOK, N.J., Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC announced today that four Managing Directors in various offices throughout the firm have been promoted to Executive Director effective January 1, 2011. They are:

New Jersey

Bob Butler, a member of the firm's Restructuring and Transaction Advisory Practice, specializes in providing financial restructuring advisory services and crisis management services for troubled companies. Mr. Butler holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Arizona. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kip Horton, a member of the firm's Restructuring and Transaction Advisory Practice, specializes in financial and turnaround advisory services for both companies and creditors, and has consulted on strategic planning, business plan analysis, cash management, enterprise valuation, cost reduction, mergers and acquisitions and risk management. Mr. Horton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond with a concentration in Finance.

Los Angeles

William Epstein, a member of the firm's Valuation Practice, specializes in transaction-related opinions and other valuation services. Mr. Epstein holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. from the University of Southern California.

Washington, D.C.

Steve Wolf, a member of the firm's Litigation, Forensic and Dispute Resolution Practice, specializes in forensic investigative services, contract dispute resolution and bankruptcy related litigation services. Mr. Wolf received his MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business and received his B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University School of Management. He holds designations as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Financial Forensic (CFF), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
