Mr. Spivey brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with both Captive and Independent channels. In his new role, Mr. Spivey will focus on Capital Guardian's West Coast expansion of independent advisors and OSJ offices.

Mr. Spivey most recently served as Woodbury Financial Services' Divisional Vice President for the West Coast and Vice President of New Business Development. Prior to those roles, Mr. Spivey held various executive positions with the former MONY Group, now AXA Advisors.
